**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Take charge of hostess desk, including set up, maintenance, tear down, ensuring devices are sufficiently charged etc;
- Ensure staff are briefed about upcoming reservations, both weekly and daily;
- Manage flow of reservations, including answering phone messages and enquiries, welcoming reservations, calling late guests, taking in walk-ins etc;
- Engage in public relations by welcoming guests with the Company spirit and story;
- Assist management in daily operations when instructed, including assisting with service flow to assure smooth transition between seatings;
- Support other front of house or bar tasks when needed and are available, including polishing of cutlery, cleaning tables, setting up the bar etc;
- Maintain good personal and outlet hygiene

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- At least 1 year experience in a high-volume environment in similar position
- Prior SevenRooms knowledge advantageous but not required
- Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere.
