**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to Assistant Outlet Manager, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager is responsible in overseeing that guest are warmly welcomed at the F&B Outlets. At the same time, he/she will assist in the development and execution of promotions to increase revenue.
**What you will be DOING**:
**Guest Relations**
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIP clientele, ensuring their preferences are noted and catered to.
**General**
- Drive F&B sales through effective guest engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of dining options and promotions.
- Effectively control guest flow in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover
- Ensure that the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both service staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards
- Provide training, monitor and assess the performance of service staff
- Assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and implement innovative dining experiences, special events, and themed promotions that attract guests.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the F&B outlets.
- Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate reservations, special requests, and group bookings.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel
**Your experience and skills include**:
- Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Hotel experience in F&B
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish a good rapport with guests
- Possess full knowledge of restaurant’s seating/table plan
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
