**Responsibilities**

The ability to develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment. To know who our guest are and provide them with the highest product and service they want. A feature of this position will be the ability to link reservations, events with operations through ongoing communication and training of our hosts and reservation team.

**Job Scope**
- Ability to understand reservations system, floor and dining layout and assist food and beverage operations during peak periods.
- Develop and train reservations team and build Guest Relation team.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
- Communicate with Senior Management and Chefs to discuss menus, marketing strategies and guest comments and concerns.
- Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service. Also, an expert knowledge of beverages.
- Ability to attend and participate in all required meetings.
- Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.
- Acquire guest information and sales history and tabulate information into our CRM
- Acquire at least 10 Five Star Google Reviews per month
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Management.
- The ability to keep informed of special events such as Public Holidays, Easter,Christmas, New Year etc.
- Knowledge of POS, thorough understanding of Weeloy and Dinerware and all it’s features.
- Proactively welcome guests, taking an interest in them and escort them to the dining area.
- To engage guests in conversation (where appropriate).
- To assist guests with any information and other requests.
- To be contactable at all times during the shift.
- To meet VIP’s upon their arrival, engage them in conversation so as to build a strong rapport between themselves and the restaurant.
- To be aware of top corporate and VIP guests of the restaurant, recognizing and welcoming them by name upon their return visits to outlet.
- To be aware of all services which Panamericana offers, inclusive of recreational, guest services, special events and promotions.
- To be totally familiar with internal procedures and Marketing initiatives, inclusive of housekeeping, lost and found, internal and external communications, fire and emergency.
- To be fully conversant with the Emergency and Evacuation Procedures.
- Ensure grooming is in line with the policy.
- Assist with guest complaints and are dealt with and followed up immediately. All complaints to be handled efficiently and professionally with complete follow-up so those guests leave and return with a good impression of the Panamericana.
- Must have a thorough and detailed knowledge of all Panamericana menus and promotions.
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Management.
