**Roles & Responsibilities**
**BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide business support to the Senior Management Team.
- Do research on market analysis, collate reports and other materials for Senior Management Team review.
- Coordinate and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the Senior Management Team by producing and managing an integrated master calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines that are critical to the conduct of the Group’s business.
- In charge of the day-to-day administrative functions of Corporate Office.
- Take charge of all facility management matters such as work-desk allocation, fixed asset inventories, office renovation, door access, phone system, printers, installation and relocation etc
- Manage contract, price negotiations and service performance with office vendors and service providers
- Monitor due dates for renewal, termination of contracts and other follow-up actions.
- Oversee other logistic matters, like transport, telecommunications, mail/courier services, hospitality for meetings, off-site storage and asset management.
- In charge of the procurement and administration of all office supplies, pantry supplies, assets, inventories as well as maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Supervise the hospitality team to ensure overall hygiene & cleanliness of the office to create a welcoming environment to our staff and visitors.
- Assist in any special project assigned including research and data collection.
- Budgeting and monitoring of office expenses.
- Perform Receptionist duties as an alternate to Main Receptionist.
- Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
- Responsible for the implementation and communication of safe management measures in the office.
Marketing
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team on operational work (eg : campaigns) and projects
- Produce high standards of reports and presentation materials accurately and within given timeframe
- Support the Marketing Team for printing of presentation packs and hosting of company events
- Plan and handle the logistic arrangement during the hosting of local/overseas guests
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years’ work experience of relevant working experience
- Possess a high level of professionalism and able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
- Has Initiative and positive attitude to get things done.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people
