In your role as **Insights & Analytics Executive, AMEA Snacks**, you will support the Insights & Analytics Manager across the Salty Snacks category to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of the business through thought provoking analyses across sales, marketing, consumer and shopper

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:_**
- Key analytics support for the AMEA Snacks Insights team leading data analytics and mining to tell clear stories and build insights and recommendations which will drive actions to improve brand, segment, retailer and category performance (category reviews and strategy, brand strategy and deep dives, competitor and innovation reviews).
- Generate & analyse critical monthly business reporting, providing regular and ad-hoc reports (global, regional and local)
- Optimisation & simplification of existing reporting within the business on an ad-hoc basis with the end goal of enhancing insights resulting in action
- Collaborating with the wider Snacks Commercial Team part to support on business-critical analytics and ensuring previous Qualitative & Quantitative research integrated in any pieces of work
- Support on laying the foundation for the larger analytics vision for AMEA Snacks
- Coordinate Consumer and Shopper survey design, execution and analysis
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues within the team as well as cross-functionally to ensure shared objectives are clear, communication is open and insights and recommendations provided are understood
- Maintain current knowledge of analytical tools and practices to ensure best practice and innovative techniques are leverage and used to contribute to the achievement of business objectives

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree educated in relevant Business, Commerce, Statistics, Economics or Marketing discipline
- Min. 2 years relevant work experience in Insights and Analytics
- Previous experience in IRI/Nielsen/Quantium & their software
- Exceptional analytical thinking
- Advanced Excel & strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, build up and stretch into new areas
- Team player with a ‘can do’ / solutions-focused approach
