In your role as **Supply Planning Manager - AMEA Snacks**, you will be responsible for the Supply Chain activities and Business delivery set for Key Markets in the Region. The role holder will act as a key interface between markets and site Planning & Logistics teams to ensure accurate supply and quality service levels. Also responsible for driving the Demand and Supply process for the BU, Supply review via weekly meetings with market counterparts all whilst engaging with Regional Sales, and Finance teams in a dynamic matrix environment. Accountable for providing monthly reporting and meeting KPI’s for the defined markets.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:_**
- ** Drive **Demand**/Supply process**
- By leading the weekly meeting, work together with counterparts to review the Demand Forecast, Orders, Sales/Supply, Track progress on shipments and do take necessary actions to ensure the business and customer needs are met.
- Represent SC in Monthly Business Review meetings with Leadership team and provide visibility on the KPI’s related to that market and seek any alignment related to supply and inventory levels.
- Derive Monthly Shipment Plan and aligning the plan with customers in line with Business Targets
- Partner with Site Logistics team, 3PL, freight forwarders to ensure on-time stock connectivity, timeliness in providing documents to customer.
- ** Monthly** Forecast review**
- As part of IBP process, evaluate market submissions to ensure they are in line with business targets by period and any changes in SKU levels are assessed and worked with counterparts to avoid write-off or expedition to meet the needs.
- Validation of data flow from APO to SNP for each cycle to ensure correct supply NRR gets reflected for MRP and Production planning via system
- ** New **Product** Developments**
- Work closely with the Program Management team to get the new SKU setups ready in the system and engage with market counterparts to systemize demand in SAP - from material planning stage to EOL management in the system.
- Provide key insights on providing the timings related to Supply Chain activities to the Programme Management team including market clearance requirements.
- ** Order **cycle** management and Customer Service levels**
- Responsible for engaging with and obtaining orders from markets for monthly cycles and getting these created in SAP on time in partnership with the GBS and Market team.
- Accountable for driving and achieving targeted CSL for the orders placed.
- Drive using Online Shipment Tracking tool as mean of communication with Markets
- ** Monthly **Production** Plan**
- Based on the capacity allocation requirement, need to balance and prioritise the supply plan.
- ** Other duties**:

- Work closely with Plant Logistics team on deployment activities to meet CSL.
- Provide reporting on KPI’s and others as needed.
- Assist team on ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Demand / Supply Planning and/or reporting functions
- Experience in Regional role of Managing APAC Markets
- Hands on experience is a must in SAP ECC/APO systems; Super User experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple markets and within Business Unit.
- Sense of urgency and ability on navigating ambiguity
- A team player with a curiosity for learning and strong drive for results
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Macros, data analytics tools like Tableau etc, preferred
- Certification in APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred
