**Job Description & Requirements**

The role renders his fullest support to the Assistant/Project Manager as follows:

- Plan and supervise workers’ on-site installation and related activities for doors and components, and ensure they are carried out in a professional manner.
- Plan and supervise workers’ on-site installation and related activities for ACMV, A&A and renovation, and ensure they are carried out in a professional manner.
- Prepare costings and quotations for all ad-hoc door, ACMV, A&A and renovation businesses.

Client Management which includes all levels of meetings.
- Carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers.
- Providing accurate information for the timely updating of as-built drawings, in preparation for final billing.
- Cost management both on-site and off-site which includes material wastage, labour cost, tools and equipment.
- Co-ordinate with the subcontractors and vendors on the timely deliverables with reference to the work schedules.
- Discuss and tally with the factory for the accurate production and supply of doors and components.
- Ensure all subcontractors and vendors are safely inducted and issued with Permits before work commencement.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety & health (WSH); to inform the project team of any shortcomings in the WSH or risk control measures implemented.
- Ensure the workers, subcontractors and vendors are familiar with the scope of work prior to commencement of work.
- Prepare and ensure the timely submission of project progress and other reports.
- Resolve site issues proactively in a timely manner and seek advice from the Project Managers as appropriate.
- Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters and maintain a proper record for all defects.
- Promote good team morale and team spirit within and beyond Project Team;
Any other duties as assigned.
