**Specialist/Senior Specialist**:
**Job Summary **(overview of the job scope)**:
Financial Planning Analyst to handle function relating to Operating expenses, capital investment, sales & gross profit/expense analysis, in the areas of budget, forecast and mid long term plan

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Roles: Financial Planning Analyst (Profit & Budget)**

1. Responsible to manage for Fixed cost control and Management Activities
- Manage fixed cost control, evaluation, annual.mid term budget proposal and reporting to management
- Prepare data and reports for fixed cost annual and mid term plan activities
- Review department budget submission plan and clarify variance with department
- Provide guidance to dept PICs relating to budget transfer, system operations (e.g SAP/Concur) & daily budget control related matters
- Monitor project expenses progress through updating of monthly expenses and providing accurate budget status

2. Responsible to manage Sales & Gross Profit/Expense Analysis (Actual/Forecast/Annual Plan/Mid-Term Plan)
- Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Sales & Gross Profit movement
- Review department profit submission plan and clarify variance with department
- Perform annual and mid long term profit planning and variance analysis
- Prepare management reporting activities and other adhoc Sales & Gross Profit and expenses related tasks

3. Responsible for month end closing and submission to Regional office and Headquarter
- Required to work with department/counter-parties in Regional Office/Headquarter for closing activities

4. Responsible to support and manage department project evaluation activities
- Evaluate projects submitted to ensure compliance to company policies and support business segment to seek management approval

5. Filing and Administrative work is required

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Business/Marketing/Economic/Finance
- 1-2 years work experience is preferred
- Fresh Graduate is also welcome
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Independent and committed with high level of integrity, drive and initiative
- Problem solver, logical thinker
- Able to prioritize tasks and be meticulous
- Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management
- Highly motivated to learn, possess a “Can-do” and Never give up” mentality
- Overtime may be required during peak period (e.g closing, budgeting, mid term plan or adhoc request)
