**Job purpose and general responsibilities**
- Provide helpdesk assistance to internal employees globally by resolving issues with Netsuite and other integrations.
- Support user request for creation of new reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPI's.
- Coordinate with Netsuite Support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration.
- Maintain proper system access for all users and roles.
- Test Enhancements and Developments
- Train end-users
- Engage in Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades

**Technical experience and skills**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as Netsuite Administrator is mandatory
- Project management experience (Scrum or Prince 2 methodology)
- Familiar with ITIL change management framework and service desk
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports and NetSuite data model.

- Distribution or Supply Chain industry knowledge
- Solid understanding of Accounting terms and processes
- Netsuite certification: Essentials or/and Administrator
- Basic understanding of SuiteScript
- Exposure to multinational stakeholders, teams and departments

**Languages**:
Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages are a bonus
