Business System Analyst Oracle Netsuite

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for process improvements, requirements analysis & design, and deliver quality projects for Oracle NetSuite ERP and its integrations. The role will be responsible for ensuring proper functioning of Oracle NetSuite ERP, as well as the data integrity of it. In this role you will define and act on the testing objectives, the scope of the testing effort and the testing approach for NetSuite related implementations and integrations. This is a fully remote position.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Leads meetings and facilitates probing discussions to elicit requirements, with the ability to prioritize requirements in MoSCoW method - must have, should have, could have, will not have.
- Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system requirements.
- Configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes, including system setup, Chart of Accounts, and advanced accounting configuration, procure-to-pay, items & inventory management, etc.
- Support Finance team throughout period, quarterly, yearly close.
- Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
- Setup, configure and customize Oracle NetSuite ERP modules based on the business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface errors across multiple 3PL integrations.
- Analyze cross system reporting for discrepancies and make corrective actions, engage with business/3PL partners as needed.
- Analyzes and translated user requirements into technical and data requirements to ensure understanding of the requests by all project members.
- Assesses solutions and project plans to ensure that goals are met, and requirements are satisfied in timely manner.
- Provide clear expectations of upcoming release features to the business and take feedback from them during demos to relay those to the technical team.
- Serves as a resource to the project throughout each phase of the project life cycle to help clarify requirements and design, testing, and acceptance specifications.
- Define, maintain and work on test plans for the project tasks based on the requirements. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing and volume testing when bugs are resolved.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant experience from related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience with certification will be considered
- 3+ years experience with Oracle Netsuite ERP
- Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management.
- Saved searches, reports builder, custom records and records group.
- Company and accounting setups
- Experience in analyzing NetSuite scripts and logs.
- Experience in setting up workflows.
- Experience in setting up custom fields and forms.
- Experience in working with Finance department and resolving issues related to period close and financial reports mismatches.
- Experience in Retail, Distribution or Supply Chain/Logistics industry is good to have.
- Experience in SQL is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, and verbal, and written communication skills
