Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to accounts administration in accordance with financial regulations.

To ensure effective decision-making, the successful applicant will prepare accurate management reports that adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Goods Received Notes in NetSuite
  • Process payment transactions according to the approved expenditure matrix and regulatory requirements
  • Manage donation and donation-in-kind administration in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Oversee voucher administration
  • Closing of monthly accounts and preparation of audit schedules
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in NetSuite and TenderBoard would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
