About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a **Client Acquisition Executive**. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and want to grow your career in financial services, this is the opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new and existing customers for loan and balance transfer facilities via outbound calls
- Assist clients with income document submissions and calculate eligible loan amounts based on annual income
- Support pre-sales and post-sales queries to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Collaborate with the team manager to implement effective sales and service strategies
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Perform canvassing activities 1-2 days a week
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Sales background is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a keen sensitivity to client needs
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus
