Under the guidance and supervision of the Channel Manager (HORECA & Retail), working together with the Singapore Marketing team, to manage the accounts assigned and secure sustainable growth in revenue and profit, while ensuring investments are kept within given budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for sales and account servicing in the HORECA channel, with a focus on Michelin starred restaurants to increase brand visibility and presence.
- Work closely with Channel Manager to develop and grow key accounts.
- Manage and service existing Key Accounts as assigned by Channel Manager.
- Support Channel Manager with monthly sales performance reporting and promotion calendar.
- Liaise with Marketing team to implement Below-The-Line (BTL) promotions across HORECA channel.
- Work together with Channel Manager to formulate annual sales promotion plan, outlet segmentation and sales strategies.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of trade marketing programme and activities to drive brand engagement across HORECA channel.
- Provide regular update to the Channel Manager and wider domestic commercial team on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Update daily sales call report on day-to-day business engagement with trade customers via SalesForce.
- Achieve assigned sales targets across all brands for the Financial Year.

**Skills and Experience**
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Possess strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, confident, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
- Strong planning and analytical skills and able to adapt to change
- Possess sound project management capability with a meticulous eye for detail.
