Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding sales channels within the HoReCa sector by actively engaging with potential and existing customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, clubs and catering businesses. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales while identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and develop new HoReCa clients to increase product distribution and market penetration.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing HoReCa customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and support.
  • Present product offerings effectively, provide samples and demonstrations as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events targeted at HoReCa clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide timely feedback and recommend strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand and products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
