- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance sector, showcasing a solid grasp of insurance processes.
- Experience in product management or product implementation is a bonus.
- At least 7 years' experience as a business analyst with a proven track record in testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
