Singlife with Aviva is hiring a Product Implementation Manager to manage and deliver new automation and digitization initiatives relating to the product launches to ensure timeline speed to market and seamless customer onboarding to the remain competitive in the market.

**Key Responsibilities
**Product Implementation for New Business
- Work with stakeholders from technology, digital and operations Tribes to develop and deliver the process transformation & optimisation for operational efficiencies and create a seamless journey for customer and adviser experience.
- Review business requirements including identifying process or system gaps and be solutions-driven within an agile squad
- Provide business signoffs of UATs for New Business and Underwriting for new product implementations. This includes signing off relevant collaterals like Business Requirement documents and related collaterals. Complete signing off documents at respective timeline per the Project plan, usually a week.
- Key decisions include signing off IT solutions and new system builds surrounding New Business and Underwriting function.
- Collaborate with external parties and vendors including UAT and issue escalation to ensure a smooth support.
- Promote better risk controls by ensuring system changes are compliant with regulatory obligations and are sustainable in longer run. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.
- Direct - Lead a team of 3-5 team members
- Indirect - Supervise other junior staffs, contracts, or outsourced vendors as part of the initiatives/projects.

**Risk Management and Governance
- Promote good risk management culture, governance, and oversight relevant to the role and business function(s)
- Responsible to own, identify, measure, manage, and report risks and controls relevant to the role and business function(s), in accordance with Singlife’s Risk Management Framework. This includes timely resolution of control gaps and escalation of key issues at the relevant committees.
- Ensure that policies, processes, and authority limits are updated, communicated, and observed within my business functions(s). Exceptions are promptly dealt with and authorised by the appropriate level of management or the Board
- Ensure appropriate levels of skills and experience within the team to carry out the business functions and that the Compliance Liaison Officer within the business function is given sufficient support
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in Singapore, including but not limited to those issued by the MAS and Singlife’s Group business standards and policies

**Requirements
**Experience
- 8-10 years working experience in Insurance for new product / projects.
- Ability to lead several workstreams as a Project Lead/SME lead and build strong working relationships with people at all levels of the Company.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and proficient in insurance business processes (both Retail Life and Health), has ever worked and successfully roll out for new product, RPA, business process optimization for operation and digital transformation projects for adviser and customer journey.
- Experience in reviewing or leading User Acceptance Testing processes especially in Project & Product Implementation areas
- Experience in leading and managing a team

**Education
- Academic: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance. Other disciplines will be considered with relevant experience.
- Certificates for Lean Six Sigma, project management, Agile, AI, RPA will be added advantage
