Café Natsu is an all-day casual dining concept utilising the best ingredients imported from various regions across Japan. Created by Chef Lewis Barker in collaboration with the Group, it features brunch and lunch favourites with a focus on premium Japanese ingredients, and a sharing style dinner menu tailored around seasonal Japanese produce and best enjoyed with friends or family.

The team at Café Natsu is expanding to a new venue. If you are acreative thinker with lots of heart and discipline, someone who finishes what theystart and have a deep passion for the culinary arts, come speak with us.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Taking charge of the beverage station, creating and crafting espresso drinks, blended coffees or teas
- Promoting and recommending beverage menu items to guests
- Daily maintenance and upkeep of coffee machine and its accessories
- Support the team in inventory management, ordering and cafe floor operations when necessary
- Ensure that sanitation of the beverage station and safety standards are observed and comply with local regulations
- Be a good role model for your junior team members
- Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude
- Team player
