Job Opportunity:

Seeking a Café Team Member to join our coffee shop team. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who can provide excellent customer service while preparing quality beverages.

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot drinks with precision and care.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area to ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring that all monies are accounted for at the end of each shift.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and contribute to daily operations by maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a similar environment is desirable, although training will be provided to those who are new to the role.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for coffee are essential qualities for this position.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, is also crucial as we operate on a varied schedule.
