Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Standards – Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and operational excellence in the barista station and café environment.
  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues across service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Grow Your Skills – Learn about specialty coffee, food pairing, and hospitality service while being part of a dynamic café culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience as a barista or in F&B is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for coffee, food, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
