Café Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Café Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our café staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Take orders and handle payments efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients, ensuring that we have everything needed to deliver our high standards.


Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential. We are keen to teach and support your development.
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
