Barista Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, educating customers about our menu, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

  • About the Role:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
  • Prepare beverages and food items in accordance with company standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance the overall café experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the café.
  • Perform regular maintenance and care of coffee machines and brewing equipment.
  • Manage café inventory, including stock checks, replenishment, and handling deliveries.
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Genuine passion for coffee culture and the art of coffee-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
