Role Overview:

  • Customer Service Representative: Deliver exceptional service to all customers, taking orders, handling cash transactions and POS systems.
  • Café Operations Specialist: Prepare drinks and assist with food preparation to meet customer demands.
  • Outlet Coordinator: Assist in setting up and closing down the outlet daily to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Manager: Manage stock inventory, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, and coordinate with teams.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver a positive customer experience and contribute to our business success. If you are a reliable team player with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

We seek candidates with:

  • Minimum 1 year of F&B experience (counter service, café, stall or restaurant).
  • Familiarity with FOH duties such as order-taking, cashiering, etc.
  • Comfortable working long hours, standing, rotating schedules.
  • A willingness to learn and take on various tasks in a hands-on environment.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, strong team orientation.

Please note that proficiency in spoken English is required to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
