Our Production and Inventory Admin Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production and inventory department.

You will be responsible for the inventory management, which includes:

- Conducting monthly inventory stock counts in collaboration with the team
- Handling inventory-related queries and monitoring inventory turnover rates
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and weekly usage
- Collaborating closely with our suppliers to arrange deliveries, follow up on purchase orders, and verify delivered packages
- Ensuring all goods are stored properly and adhere to organisational standards
- Coordinating the issuance of stock to the production and installation teams

You will also be involved in handling administrative tasks, such as:

- Managing administrative tasks related to production and inventory management
- Verifying production report and generating related documentation
- Ensuring all documentations are filed and maintained properly

You will assist with production matters and escalate production issues to manager or relevant departments.

**What will the Right Person look like?**
- You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in order management within the supply chain industry or administrative roles.
- You are able to commit to work on Saturdays once every month.
- You possess strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can respond to short notices in a dynamic environment.
- You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
