**_Job Description: _**
The Production Administrator supports all production and operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team. Provides clerical and administration support to the Production Manage in the day-to-day operation of the department.
**_Desired Skills and Experience: _**
Production Planning, Purchasing, Communication Skills, Microsoft Office, Housekeeping, Interpersonal Skills, Inventory, Time Management & Scheduling.
**_Job Responsibilities _**
- Inventory stock count
- Daily to issue stock to installer & Production workers
- Responsible for database entry of all stock movement and reporting.
- Ensure proper filing of paperwork.
- Ensure that all stock records are maintained to a good standard.
- Ensure that good practice on quality control of all received goods.
- Weekly to replenish stock in the Refill station.
- Weekly to issue components, spring, motors, end cast to production floor for weekly production.
- Weekly update usage based on production report.
- Ensure the label is clear and visible on all racking.
- To raise Purchase Order and follow up with them on requisition items
- Supervise in unloading of containers, unstuffing of goods, unpacking and repacking of goods. Ensure that all goods are placed in their respective location.
- Performing others tasks as assigned by the Manager.
**_Job Requirements: _**
- O Level / Diploma
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain
- Self-motivated and independent
- Pays attention to details and ability to change at short notices
- Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties
- Knowledge in ERP and Microsoft Excel.
