The incumbent will play a critical role to support mobility programmes in an assigned SIT academic cluster.
**Key Responsiblities**
- Manage and administer student mobility programmes for GED
- Overseas Immersion Programmes (OIP):
- Coordinate with Programme Leaders(PL), OUs, and students
- Conduct/Supervise briefing and feedback sessions
- Prepare various OIP reports
- Travel to support OIP trip may be required for some programmes
- Overseas Exposure Programmes (OEP):
- Work with PD to develop and plan OEPs
- Coordinate the pre and post-trip administration of OEP
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas partners and institutions
- Coordinate with travel agent/ vendor on OEP logistics
- Ensure duty of care for students during OEP
- Preparation of OEP reports
- Travel and support OEP and study/recce trips where necessary
- Overseas Integrated Work-Study (OIWSP) and Student Exchange (SEP) Programmes:
- Work with PL to strategize, plan and manage OIWSP and SEP
- Coordinate the pre and post-trip administration of the programmes;
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas companies and institutions;
- Coordinate with overseas agent/ vendor on logístical support for students;
- Ensure duty-of-care for students during their overseas trip
- Attend to ad-hoc projects and secondary responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer, according to the needs of the division.
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably a university degree, but diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered.
- Relevant working experience in universities, higher education industry or government agencies would be an advantage.
- Familiarity in International Relations / Mobility Programme operations will be a strong advantage.
