Singapore MARQUIS HQO PTE LTD Full time

Design Drafter in CAD, handling site coordination and after sales support.
- Attend site meeting and project co-ordination
- Project administration (plan, schedule, coordinating and project managing work/program)
- Prepare, call, conduct site briefing and evaluate quotations and tender for projects
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
- Proper filing and archiving of all official documents, drawings, correspondences, and electronic submissions related to day-to-day operations of Projects Department
- Prepare documents for closing of account or handover to maintenance team/client after project completion

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Auto Cad is a must, other drawings software skills ( Sketch Up/3D Max or others) and basic computer skills is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
- At least 1 year of working experience in handling Projects is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduated are welcome.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm) Alt.
- Working Location: Tai Seng
