Job Overview

As an architectural drafter, you will play a crucial role in bringing building designs to life. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and coordinating detailed architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Liaising effectively with various stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, architects, and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Overseeing all phases of the architectural process, from design to completion, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Organising and monitoring architectural coordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completed works for assigned projects.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering or architecture from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in a related field.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably available to start work on short notice.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, construction software, BIM, and architectural tools.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD and 3D drawing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
