AutoCAD Drafter and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD drafter and project coordinator to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for drafting and designing projects using AutoCAD software.
">- Create detailed drawings and designs for various projects, including plumbing and sanitary systems, shop-drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop and refine drawings with AutoCAD, including proposed layouts, detailed plans, and other documents.
- Work closely with the project department to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues arising out of shop drawing comments.
- Support the project engineer in managing RFIs.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and a good team player with initiatives, responsible, and positive work attitude.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, AUTOCAD, Drawing Interpretation
- Must be Detail-oriented and Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good Team Player with initiatives, responsible and positive work attitude
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
