Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
**Market & Competitive**
- Conducts research to understand market and competitive landscape, offers, pricing, and market share.
- Identifies trends and emerging concepts and technologies.
- Identification of target market, demographics, size, and growth potential.
**Offer Development**
- Identifies opportunities through prospect discussions, customer feedback, and market research.
- Proactively solicits voice of customer feedback to ensure offer alignment with customer core needs on digital service requirement.
- Builds business cases for undertaking new digital service development.
- Develops and validates customer value proposition.
- Offers definition, creation, & roadmap development including digital business model and pricing strategy.
- Position and differentiate digital service offers utilizing market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Interface with Innovation, illuminate digital concept development, and other key stakeholder teams to understand / shape digital service roadmap and ensure alignment.
- Identifies and helps craft use cases and digital product acceptance criteria for input to the development teams.
**Commercialization**
- Defines digital solution sales and execution requirements, ensuring lifecycle service resources are trained and capable to sell and deliver on new digital service offers.
- Coordinates digital marketing plan development with Service Sale & Marketing team ensuring tactical approach, content and messaging aligns with value proposition and target market.
- Assists in the development sales enablement (materials, market collaterals, etc) tools including involvement in sales training activities.
- Supports early-stage proposal and sales efforts through customer demonstrations and presentations.
**Business Management**
- Works with Service Sales teams to establish forecasts.
- Setup infrastructure to track performance - funnels, financial reporting, etc.
- Communicates progress through regular review cadences with AP Lifecycle Service leadership.
- Reviews, refines, and adapts to ensure Digital service market penetration and growth targets are achieved.
**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering-related field with at least 5+ years Product Management.
- Experience in defining and launching bundled services which include maintenance solutions, platform services and Hardware devices services.
Experience working with cross functional teams including sales, operations, and system engineering teams.
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments and drive product direction and leadership, while maintaining focus on value delivery and support.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
