**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Marketing Strategy Development**:Work closely with the Manager to design effective marketing strategies to attract students from Greater China and meet enrolment targets.
- **Implement Recruitment Strategies**:Execute established marketing strategies and initiatives, such as promoting educational programs through online platforms, educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and community outreach.
- **Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents, education consultants, channel mpartners and other key stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and expand our presence in the Greater China Region.
- **Market Intelligence & Insights**:Provide the Reporting Manager with market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement based on local research.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to the Reporting Manager, detailing recruitment progress, achievements, key metrics, and other relevant activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with internal and external departments, including School Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services, to ensure efficient recruitment processes and enhance the overall student experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or business development within the education industry. (preferred)
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with students, agents, and counterparts in Greater China.
- **Cultural Knowledge**:Understands the educational requirements and preferences of students from Greater China and Singapore.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, agents, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- **Proactive and Result-Oriented**: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive in achieving goals, and passionate about contributing to the growth of the organization.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Type**:
Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:
$2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month + Commission & Performance Bonus
