**IN THIS JOB YOU WILL**:
As **Client Support Services Analyst** based in our AP Regional Office at DHL Supply Chain, you are an essential part of our support to the assigned customer in our network business as a key point of contact to drive service excellence and explore business leads for growth.
Through ensuring close partnership with our customer you’ support business success in:
- Leading business review with customer and collaboration with account managers in account plan execution
- Ensure governance of countr(ies) operations performance and quality standards with global/regional goals, and see to customer needs in terms of RFQs, change request, issue resolution and service recovery, as well as championing due diligence and best practices in the region.
- Work closely with Network Operations team in driving continuous improvement program, process standardisation to drive operation and cost efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Monitoring account profitability and identify opportunities to improve profitability and support business retention and growth aligned with key stakeholder strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years’ experience in logistics related field, coupled with good knowledge in supply chain management
- People-oriented team player in driving success and personal growth
- Strategic and analytical with good problem solving skills
- Result-focused and resourceful in driving strong customer support
