Relationship Associate is a developing professional role who is to deliver a best-in-class client experience for Citi Commercial Bank with a focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding - being key player in the end-to-end onboarding process for obligors and credit facility set-up from documentation to implementation.
- Client Servicing - Make every service engagement a wow experience for clients through ensuring sincere, timely and effective completion of client’s service requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- To act and deal independently with robust problem-solving skill
- To multi-task and deal with multiple issues with potentially broader business impact
- To have good understanding of the industry standards and practices and equipped with expertise knowledge on client servicing
- To have strong analytical skill and knowledge of data analysis tools/methodologies
- To have an eye for detail, make suitable judgment and provide recommendation based on the analysis of data
- To decipher and present information in a systematic and communicable manner
- To maintain quality of service and achieve KPIs
- To closely monitoring and follow-up on businesses' core activities
- To provide excellent service and timely resolution to client
- To provide timely feedback to client for the improvement of client experience
- To work as a team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sub-function/ job family
- To have good interpersonal and diplomacy skills when working with internal stakeholder when handling complex/sensitive case
- To administer the paper documentation and work closely with various operation teams to properly close off the deal
- To collaborate with various teams to ensure client transactions are timely processed
- To take the lead in coordinating, investigating, and following up across all internal departments to resolve cases and issues
- To be vigilant and appropriately assess risk and exposure when handling daily cases
- To abide and adhere to the guidelines, rules, policies, laws and regulations and always follow the code of conduct
- To timely escalate to Managers on any sort of complaint, risk, violation and breaches
**Qualifications**:
- Min 3 years of experience in banking industry of which 2 years’ should be in client management.
- Trade operation exposure is essential.
- A strong commitment to service delivery and client focused.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and meticulous towards works.
- Ability to work and follow through on issue and track for closure independently with minimum supervision.
