We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Global Digital Segment Relationship Manager **based in Singapore.

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Actively call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, challenges or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
- Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate
- Stay connected with influencers, industry associations, thought leaders and senior business contacts to expand industry knowledge and deepen CITI COMMERCIAL BANK (CCB)’s relationship with these partners
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of commercial banking products and process, particularly in the Digital/TMT space
- Ability to work effectively in team setting, and communicates views with clarity and confidence
- Aggressive and hungry for creating new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs.
- Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients
- Positive mindset with “can-do” attitude, willingness to go extra miles for providing sound advice and effective services to clients
- Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner, leveraging internal resources
