Senior/ Manager, Sectoral Workplace Outreach

The Sectoral Workplace Outreach Department focuses on promoting healthy living to workers in the priority sectors - cleaning, education, food and beverage, healthcare, retail, security, transport/logistics and Gig economy workers. We are a passionate and dedicated team that works closely with companies in the priority sectors to offer consultative advice on the types of health programme(s) that are suitable for the older workers as well as to co-create and package the health programmes to suit the worker’s needs. The key areas of health include health screening, chronic disease prevention and management and mental wellness.

**Job responsibilities**:
- Seek, develop and deepen sustainable partnerships with existing and new companies, unions and associations in the priority sectors as part of HPB's engagement efforts to influence the work environment to support healthier living through the main health pillars
- Identify, co
- create and implement suitable targeted health programmes for workers in these priority sectors.
- Establish effective and sustainable workplace health promotion solutions to achieve good participation and drive positive health outcomes among the workers.
- Partner HPB divisions to synergise HPB’s strategic thrusts in the workplace setting.
**Job requirements**:
- A general degree in business / health-related or social sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience - partnership and vendor management and worked with multi
- stakeholders.
- Have strong project-management capabilities and data analysis skillset.
- Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and adhering to different processes.
- Pro-active, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated.
