You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health - Sectoral Workplace Outreach department, which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.
**What you will be working on**
- Scope As a key member of Sectoral Workplace Outreach team, you will: - Co
- create, customise and implement suitable targeted health programmes especially for older workers in priority sectors such as healthcare, retail and food and beverage. - Seek out and develop sustainable partnerships with companies in the priority sectors as part of HPB's engagement efforts to influence the work environment to support healthier living. - Establish effective and sustainable workplace health promotion solutions to achieve good participation and positive health outcomes especially among the older workers. - Partner HPB divisions to synergise HPB’s strategic thrusts in the workplace setting.
**What we are looking for**
- A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing partnership initiatives, with an understanding of the underlying economics of achieving win-win resolutions or agreements - Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and relevant manner to the target audience. - Effective communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills - Strong planning, analytical, project management skills - Strategic and critical thinking - Strong collaborative and partnership building skills - Prior experience in managing portfolios with corporates & SMEs, and data analytics will be an advantage The individual should also be able to;
- Adapt and independently navigate through structures and systems, new situations and challenges - Be confident in working with both public and corporate partners - Multi-task, handle project peaks and tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate strong team work; and - Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
