In this role you will be the overall focal point / lead for the Compliance Management scope supporting the Wood Operations Readiness & Assurance (ORA) team.
- Frequent Engagements and alignment of activities with the Client ORA team
- Deliver and update the Technical Integrity Verification (TlV) Plan & Procedure
- Verification activities to Safety Critical Elements and the required Performance Standards
- Ensuring that robust Engineering has been undertaken in respect of the Safety Critical Elements in line with the Plan & Procedure
- Assuring compliance with Contract scope requirements, including DEM 1 & DEM 2 (using the Shell Polarion system)
- Supporting the Change Management process on the project (i.e. technical/scope changes relative to contracted scope)
- Coordinate with 3rd Party Certification authorities
- Leading the Risk Management process on the project
- Input into and support design workshops (e.g. HAZOP, CHAZOP, SlL, LOPA, FGS, ALARP, SIMOPS, HRA, Model and Layout reviews)
- Coach and empower team to drive a high performance and engaged culture
- Lead, motivate and mentor direct reports, creating alignment to strategic direction

It takes a diverse range of people to achieve the level of impact Wood has on the global energy sector. As a member of the team you will demonstrate:

- Extensive offshore / upstream oil and gas experience
- Knowledge of and familiar with Operations Readiness and Assurance process and providing operations input into these project phases
- Detailed Design and Engineering project phase
- Experience with Not Normally Manned engineering concepts
