**A Day in the Life**
**Executive Assistant**
- Provide administrative, secretarial, and general administrative support to VP of Frontier Markets Plus.
- Calendar management, travel planning, expense report processing, internal & external meeting organization and logistics support
- Ensure adherence to and alignment with all Company standards, procedures, practices and policies, and superior interpersonal skills
- To provide sales coordination/support for individual countries within the Frontier Market Plus Region on an as needed basis
- Sales coordination/support would be comprised of, but not limited to marketing and customer engagement support, Train the Trainer programs and expense management and submissions
**Key Responsibilities**:
- The EA would need to liaise and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders up to C-suite for various initiatives.
- Effectively communicates delegated instructions to various levels of managers and ensures that timelines for feedback/completion are adhered to, and that Management Team is notified of any deviances from timescales.
- Perform effective diary management ensuring appointments are scheduled in a time-efficient manner and ensure any supporting documentation required is available and presented in a professional format.
- When required, efficiently arrange meetings including refreshments, attendees, travel arrangements, venue, agenda etc and takes minutes of meeting (action protocol only).
- Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure confidentiality and security is maintained at all times; foster an office environment that maintains and respects the confidential relationship at all times, including but not limited to physical documents as well as first-hand knowledge
- Ensure efficient and professional operation of executive’s office during in-office and out-of-office periods; exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times and make administrative decisions in executive’s absence
- Liaises with other senior managers in a professional and timely manner to gain information required on a timely basis.
- Perform all other administrative and secretarial duties as required for the executive
- Support any ad hoc assignments as and when required from time to time
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
**Nice to Have**
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in a Multinational company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Good phone etiquette and service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize workload
- Able to maintain confidentiality & discretion
