**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a versatile Marketing & Design Specialist to drive our marketing efforts with creativity and strategic insight. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is adaptable to change, and is eager to take on new challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize user experiences across various marketing channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
- Compile and design presentation slides for sales teams to empower their outreach and conversion efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
