
Senior Regional Sales Manager

**Main Tasks**
The employee is responsible for the planning and implementation of coordinated measures. The operative design of the sales strategy, which has been agreed with the sales management, must be independently scheduled, initiated and controlled. The employee has initial experience in sales, as well as in sales processes, especially in subsidiaries.
**- Direct Sales Tasks**
- Development of foreign NORD companies and direct customers through personal processing and support.
- Regular visits to subsidiaries or partners in the country areas, especially at sales conferences and trade fairs
- Support of customers during visits to Bargteheide with the implementation of information events, user program training, factory tours as well as evening and, if necessary, weekend support
- Direct development and support of international customers that are not covered by industry management or national subsidiaries
- Support of international customers as well as major customers and coordination of price and delivery conditions as well as the drafting of contracts with these customers in coordination with the KAM department and domestic sales
**- Sales management**
- Support in the development of NORD standards in sales worldwide. Responsibility for monitoring their implementation.
- Analyses through evaluations and reports in the CRM & SAP systems
- Monitoring of the pricing policy and monitoring of the margins of the intercompany transactions and the VUs served.
**- Subsidiary Development**
- Implementation of sales training courses
- Assistance in setting on-site pricing and price lists
- Support in the development of sales strategies in different customer segments (OEM, end customer, dealer) as well as in project business
- Assistance with marketing activities
- Supporting the Global Material and Assembly departments in sales-related issues related to the optimisation of assembly plants in terms of capacity and stock levels.
- Support and coordination of the construction and expansion of gearbox assemblies in the locations with pure assembly in coordination with GAM.
- Support in the optimisation of stock levels on site and the disposition of customer-specific parts in coordination with GMM.
- Participation and control of local sales budgets and support in the selection of local trade fairs in coordination with the global marketing management.
- Support in the creation of sales strategies for new customer acquisition and target customer support.
**- Business Development ASEAN**
- Coordination of all commercial activities for existing and potential international customers in the ASEAN region
- Contract terms (pricing, payment, warranty, etc.) and their negotiation
- Agreements
- Support and targeted development of relationships (CRM)
- Sales and margin responsibility
- Support of the NORD SG sales force through personal processing and support of international customers
- Implementation of sales training of the new employees in the region
- Participation in the creation and implementation of the sales concept for the development of the region
- Coordination of activities regarding new target customers
- Identify leads and evaluate their potential
- Leading and coordinating the approach to new leads
- Central Information Point
- Collecting/receiving all relevant information to build a knowledge base for IKAs
- Coordination of activities between NGS and GBN
- Project coordination (commercial, technical, international)
- Monitoring of after-sales activities
- Other tasks
- Special tasks as required
- Project management for activities of other departments abroad after consultation.
- Support in the optimisation of processes at Getriebebau NORD and at the affiliated companies according to a standard to be defined uniformly for the group
Support and search for partners in countries without subsidiaries of their own in coordination with the Free Export Department.
