JR51437 PROCT FE COST EXCELLENCE SENIOR ENGINEER

**Responsibilities**:
**Drive Cost, Max Out and/or Labor Productivity goals**
- Understand short-term and long-term Cost, Max Out and Labor Productivity goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals
- Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting
- Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance

**Deliver tactical support and program management**
- Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables
- Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports
- Identify potential road blocks, develop and execute resolution plans
- Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners
- Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

**Communication**
- Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and MCT leadership team
- Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes
- Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
- Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives
- Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals
- Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness
