About the role
- External Manufacturing Foundry Sourcing Manager
- Lead commercial negotiations for commodity assigned
- Manage existing FE vendors with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Sourcing new supplier base on business requirement, drive RFQs
- Support Sourcing Director to analyze existing vendors and new vendors, generate supplier sourcing strategy, which is the best to Nexperia
- Manage yearly cost reduction plan of responsible suppliers, drive the YoY payment terms with vendors
- Have working experience of Wafer Products / Bare Die / Component Sourcing from suppliers
- Develop, update price roadmaps & do benchmark study with various suppliers, do Cost Model Study
- Maintain close relationship with supplier’s key account manager and decision makers
- Support Supply-Chain team to achieve sufficient capacity allocation from FE vendors
- Support Operation, Quality and BG Project team on all commercial related discussion and negotiation
- Managing and/or leading international commercial procurement projects
- Responsible for contract management with vendors

What you will do
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- Proven procurement experience in Foundry manufacturing environment or semiconductor product company is required
- At least 5 years of solid sourcing experience is required
- Experience of Semiconductor product engineering of Power and Discrete is preferred
- Experience of Semiconductor IDM house, operation, supply chain management is preferred
- Strong Negotiation and Analytical Skills, strong Project Management and Leadership Skills
- Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
- Team builder / player, hands-on worker
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous global environment supporting multiple time zones
- Good datasheet management skills through SAP
