We are looking for **HR and Admin Officer/Executive **to join our team.
Main duties include:
- Maintain proper bookkeeping (AP/AR) and reconciliation of financial records of the company.
- Ensure that the company's suppliers and landlords are paid in a timely fashion.
- Assist in correspondences between company and its suppliers / customers.
- Manage the recruitment and selection activities, including drafting of Job Description, pre-screening and scheduling of interview.
- Maintain human resource information system records (leave, attendance, etc) and compile reports from the database.
- Provide HR support in the areas of compensation and benefits relating to medical claim, insurance claim, WICA and staffs benefits.
- Checking of timesheet records timely and accurately.
- Prepare employment contracts and any HR-related matters.
- Manage and maintain proper filing records.
- Assist in operating company's customer service hotline.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant office support / administrative / HR experience.
- Possess adequate knowledge of Singapore legislations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, well-organised and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Info-Tech HR and Xero Accounting system will be added advantage.
