Act as the main liaison officer to PMO director and S&A senior management as well as responsible for matters related to the organisations" Project Management System, PLCM processes, PMO financial & manpower untilisation
Generate and analyse monthly financial data for management review
Provide training and guidance for users using the project management system. Chair "Clinics" to address queries and support PLCM processes.
Billing and track all project invoices
Track, generate and analyse project manpower utilisation rate for management reviews.
Assist PMO director in preparing project/programme data, presentation decks, communication slides and other project or programme related documents.
Responsible for project or programme audit. leasing with project managers, principal investigator and colleagues from HQ.
Collate and compile project management dashboards for reporting and management reviews
Review and revise guidelines to improve existing processes pertaining to PLCM cesses. Be responsible for implementing automated process for PLCM workflows.

**Requirements**:
More than 7 years of experience as project or programme controller, working in Project Management Office or related department
Diploma or Degree in Business or engineering related courses.
Demonstrate experience and capabilities in managing and communicating with crossfunctional stakeholders
Experience of leading a small team to deliver excellence in PMO process governance.
Demonstrate flexibility and agility to the change management process. Willing to embrace new ideas and change in a fast pace environment
Skill in communicating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
