**Description of Work**:

- Drive the specification of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive CLS business decisions that have broad appeal in line with the division’s S&OP processes.
- Make recommendations for new metrics, analysis techniques, and strategies to improve commercial operations and better serve our customers
- Prepare and deliver analyses and insight reviews to senior leadership
- Support essential Greater Asia commercial team projects
- Work cross-functionally to identify new data source opportunities to enhance BI globally
- Collaborate with Global Business Intelligence and Data Science team on division wide projects and initiatives
- Develop and deliver training with data tools to other users within the region

**Experience / Education**:
**Required**
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or another quantitative field
- 5+ years’ experience working with commercial operations related data
- Hands on experience in the life science industry within the APAC region
- Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience presenting findings from data clearly and concisely
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritization of multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
- Fluent English language skill

**Desired**:

- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller deliverables that add value
- Fluent Japanese and/or Korean language skill
