- Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.
- Good knowledge of statistics models and methodologies

Description
- Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and data-driven decision-making needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and data professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Drive the development of actionable reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions that deliver business insights.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and compliance regulations when managing and sharing business intelligence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights derived from data.
- Implement advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide deeper insights and forecast future trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools and technologies to ensure they meet business needs and improve efficiency.
