**Responsibilities**:

- Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, repair quotation and vehicle history files.
- Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop.
- Conduct transactions with system; walk customer through correction(s) and provide summary.
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines, and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
- Parts ordering and inventory.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

**Requirement**:

- 2 years of experience working in an automotive related industry preferred.
- Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong team player & problem solver.

**Working Hours**:5.5 days week
