Technical Service Professional
This is a challenging role that requires the right candidate to provide exceptional technical support and services to our regional partners and customers in South East Asia.

As a Technical Service Professional, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving machine breakdowns, advising local field staff on-site and digitally, and providing site planning and lead engineer services for installations and field upgrades of high-end digital industrial printers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and services to regional partners and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns
- Advise local field staff on-site and digitally
- Plan and execute site installations and field upgrades

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a service technician/engineer
- Experience working with server industrial customers, preferably high-end digital printing equipment
- Diploma holder or graduate engineer in electronics or electro-mechanics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally in English plus at least one local language
- Passionate and self-driven individual with a desire to make a difference and positively influence customer satisfaction
