Partnership Development Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Partnership Development Assistant** to support our partnership efforts. You’ll help identify potential collaborators, coordinate outreach and assist in maintaining strong relationships with business partners, platforms and influencers that align with our brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, reach out and pitch potential partners for co-marketing or affiliate collaboration
- Negotiate and structure partnerships with win-win value
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, events or referral programs
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
**What You Bring and Gain**
- 1-3 years in business development, B2B sales or partnership roles
- Excellent interpersonal and pitching skills
- Strong sense of brand alignment and collaboration strategy
- Comfortable negotiating terms and following up on partnership outcomes
- Future growth into Strategic Partnerships, BizDev Manager or Commercial Lead
