1. Thorough knowledge of menu items and/or food products and the standard preparation methods according to the SOP.

2. Prepare and cook in accordance to the production schedule or as instructed by the superior.

3. Cook and prepare items in a timely manner.

4. Monitor the production of food items to ensure compliance with the recipes and specifications, adhere to all the standards of food presentation, production, cleanliness, food safety and portioning control.

5. Assist other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed.

6. Minimize spoilage and wastage during the process of preparations.

7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures.

8. Check proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods in accordance to the company’s guideline.

9. Promptly transferring of ingredients from storage areas to kitchen as directed by superior.

10. Assist to monitor stock level.

11. Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools.

12. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $1,950.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
