**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Update organization charts, project directories, and weather and manpower records quarterly for monthly project report submission.
- Manage incoming calls and office equipment such as printers, scanners, and wifi, and liaise with HR for assistance when needed.
- Handle monthly worker salaries, supplier payments, petty cash, site working passes, and induction records.
- Assist in correspondence preparation and filing for project consultants, clients, and sub-contractors.
- Circulate site correspondence and ensure timely endorsement and filing to meet ISO requirements.
- Understand and adhere to worker pay policies, process salaries accurately, and update foreign workers' addresses.
- Arrange dormitory and transportation for workers and assist in hardware material ordering and record-keeping.
- Manage and resolve project-related conflicts, feedback, and complaints.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties for project issues.
- Prepare circulars, letters, notices, and updates on work progress.
- Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies, and other parties as directed.
- Attend meetings or dialogue sessions as necessary.
- Report and obtain management approval for proposed action plans related to projects.
- Coordinate and prepare courses for site staff and workers.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents and provide general administrative support to the project team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
